Camp David is a 40,000 sqft co-working space spread across three floors paying homage to Charlotte Perriand and Mies Van Der Rohe with a side of Brooklyn’s industrial heritage.

Brand Development

  • Married the market positioning and concept with a comprehensive visual style and written story.

  • Developed branded collateral and memberfacing documents, collaborating with vendors to procure each item, adhering to a strict deadline.

  • Created comprehensive document providing holistic view of the brand, including its mission, and values.

  • Developed the distinct Camp David voice to convey the culture and community of the co-working space and its positioning in Industry City.

  • Curated collection of vintage and contemporary objects, curios, and art over three floors alongside a +750 library consisting of important titles.

  • Create training guides and procedures. Recruit and hired onsite talent and 3rd party vendors – trained on brand standards and practices.

  • Planned and hosted key events and organized on-going programming for a strong cultural fit.

  • Facilitated local collaborations to enhance brand equity.

  • Designed and produced ADA compliant wayfinding signs over three floors alongside exterior signage.

  • Created an effective digital marketing strategy to drive awareness in the marketplace.

  • Captured and produced film and still assets to further generate brand awareness with existing members, perspective members, and 3rd party rentals.
